We all have beliefs and ideologies that we live by. Some of these beliefs may be helpful in life and in fact empower you to live a life in faith, truth, honesty, and self-love. But, what happens for all of us is that we also have adopted beliefs that cause us unhappiness… taking away our power and presence to be in harmony with what we truly want in life, leaving us lonely and frustrated.
These beliefs come from early conditioning and past soul experiences. As children, we learn from our parents, authority figures, and the culture to which we are born. To put in context... we are only able to see our life and our abilities in very limiting ways. There is a reason we do experience these restricting modes of thinking and being… so we can grow through them and evolve.
